We are a church family that strives for true community, and has been doing so since 1888 - the founding year of our church! We worship in a beautiful and historic building - it really is a gem located on the open plains of Northeast Colorado!
We are Disciples of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and we encourage one another to grow deeper in our Christian spirituality. We have a passion to make a difference in our "corner of the world" and in the wider community. We affirm that ALL people are God's children.
Our evangelism and connection-approach is based on Lifeway Research & Thomas Rainer's findings that 70% of people without a church family would consider attending/participating if they had a personal invitation from a family member, friend or neighbor. If you don't currently have a church home/family, you will be welcomed with open arms at the LeRoy Community Church!
We are blessed to continue to welcome new members to our church family! And as the church family continues to grow, so will our discipleship & fellowship activities - this growth is organic and Spirit-led.
Our worship time is 9:00am on Sunday mornings. We have informal fellowship time after worship.
In months that have five Sundays, we take worship "on the road" with our 'Worship @ the Barn' - a contemporary worship service that starts at 10:00am - at Sterling Livestock Commission (Sale Barn).
